I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Winston-Salem specializing in counseling for adults. I work with depression, anxiety, traumatic events, grief, behavioral problems, and life challenges. I believe that my clients are capable of finding their own solutions when given the space and tools to do so.
